checked out your website and I say your prices are competitive but there's a remark that says service charge and VAT not included.. So how much is the service charge?
Also, if we choose to book twin/double from your website,n being a samster, you know we will bring guest back for the nite, could you make sure we wont be charge joiner or worse not allowed up the room? I have some bad experince just last week when i was refused/disallowed to bring up my 2 gals even i booked double room or pay joiner
. The hotel is THE GRAND HOTEL, RAtchada, I booked a double Deluxe that cost me B1800, which is much more than wat i pay usually .
