RR is very strict. I had a regular girlfriend very high model quality and I used to frequently visit HCMC regularly and was very well known to the entire RR staff. Even then I was forced to take a second room in my GF's name.
On the whole most hotels in HCMC are very strict. There are many budget hotels who are not. I have heard rumours about New World Hotel to which Catwalk disco is attached, being liberal on girls from Catwalk.
