Did u try to contact the owner? If not, then I think it is not right to sell something which is not yours. Beside, if the police track you down, u and the buyer will get into trouble with the law. However, one mitigating factor is you had deleted the photos. Otherwise the actors and actress in the photos would end up like those people in the Edison Chen case.

That was a very good chance for you to peek in to the contents, but since you didn't.... then please wait for another such chance....

is this actually possible? i thought this can only work on those conventional hard disk drives and not the solid state kind...

ya..it is possible since u can use a card reader to plug the memory card into ur pc..juz turn on the recovery program and u be able to recover the deleted contents inside
