wan er just informed me that she just kena aeroplane by a guy tis morning (11am slot). while on her way to the hotel, she sms him tis morn at 10am to re-confirm the appt (her habit)but didn't get any reply. after several smses, she starts to be impatient. so, she called his mobile. nvr answer. tried several times. unsuccessful. by then, she has reached her destination. she was very upsad as she told me it was her 1st time kena aeroplane. I told her tis is part & parcel of tis FL trade. occasionally, will encounter tis type of ppl. she even sms him telling him she will forgive him if he post an apology here. if not, she'll reveal tis pilot's mobile nos. still... he nvr reply.

wat do u guys think? is it a good idea to remove tis pest?

Question is does it make a different if the number is post here? Will it prevent aeroplane by doing this? By having an apology posted here will ease her anger?

Not sure by posting will remove this "Pest" or will there be more if the "Pest" take revenge someway or another.

Those are just some thoughts that run across my head.

Agreed. It's part and parcel of life.

When I was selling physical products through eBay, there were alway about 1% percent of buyers who were dishonest claiming non-receipt, not what they order etc and request for refund. Mind you there is no way for me to refuse refund - they ask for refund through the payment provider which will honour without reference to me. I have to factor 'dishonesty' into my pricing.

Likewise Wan Er has to live with the fact that there are some customers who are not so friendly and also kena 'aeroplane' once a while. She just need to learn how to avoid as far as possible without jeapordising her 'business'.
