mrrelease,

thanks for yr post. The Nana hotel is ok, for the money. It is of course good for the action, close by, and guest friendly.

I dont think anyone can complain given the price etc.

However, when are u coming. Unless you are booking 2-3 months ahead, its really tough getting a room there. Fully booked. Give me your dates will try.

Other options are, all guest friendly

Swiss Park, suk 11

Manhattan Suk 15

Woraburi inn Suk soi 4, opposite Nana Hotel

Anymore assistance, let me know.

Tim

Re: Book Thailand Hotels Here

Hi Tim,

1) You mentioned that "the rates on your website are for all markets. Samsters will a lower price than these". Does it mean that I will have to book at your website, and then PM you to inform you that I am a samster, in order to get a better price. Thanks for advise on the procedure.

2) Is there any hotel in Bangkok with free internet broadband access, but less than SGD100 ? I guess maybe none, right ?

3) Another question, how come you did not include Emerald hotel.

Thanks.

ichitan,

Yep, that's right. You book online at the website. In the booking form, its has a box any extras etc, just put in that you are a samster, as well as your avatar. You can get a lower price than the website says. Not much but a little as, that time the prices were higher. Now the prices are really low already as I have reduced them etc.

2. Centre Point Apartments have Lan access in the rooms. Petchburi less than SGD100. I will need to check that it is free etc, will get back monday am.Also girl friendly. Not many others that I know of, as well as girl friendly.

3. I dont yet have The Emerald, will try and get soon. The same owner as The Palazzo.

Cheers

Tim

Hi Tim,

I really like your service by replying so promptly. I saw Centre Point Pechburi, and they look good... Let me know whether there are any other places that are cheaper and also with internet access. Thanks.

BTW, I have stayed in Emerald 2 weeks ago. I understand that you are promoting Palazzo now. How is the Palazzo compared to the Emerald in the rooms. I need to be clean...most important

Hi Ichitan,

The Centre Point Petchburi, is the cheapest place with internet in the room. Other places have a tel line, then you must buy internet yourself. It is also so slow, not broadband.

Centre Point have Lan access in all rooms and it is broadband. Studio rooms are 1899 Baht/Night.

Regarding The Palazzo rooms, let me check today, and advise later today.

Hi Tim,

Are you sure Centre Point Service Apartments are guest friendly ?

I've never stayed in any Centre Point property, but one of their residence looked quite attractive to me. Other hotel booking agent noted a 1000 B extra charge unless the guest had been registered during check-in.

BTW, you did two hotel bookings for me in past couple of weeks. Thanks for your help. I didn't know nor expect a small discount to Samsters, henceforth I didn't mention of Samster status in the booking.

Knowntender,

Yes Centre Point is guest friendly if you book double/twin. Being one of our best sellers, I can assure you that no extra charges will be paid.

I know of the other web stating charges, like President Park Group etc. They are guest friendly as well.

In the very beginning, my profit margin was higher. Then I gave some discount to Samsters. Since then I have reduced the profit almost every 2 weeks. Now it is the lowest possible for me. Many Samsters have been asking for it. So this week only, I will give a little off. As next week, all prices will come down for the last time. Only a small amount , but think its a nice gesture.

When you book next time, pls let me know, I will give you a small discount also, as you didn't get this time around.

Re: Book Thailand Hotels Here

Hi Tim,

I went to BKK last year & stay at Manhattan Hotel I booked throught hotelsholidays.

I plan to go there again coming Jan 2006 but only 2 nights (may b from 12-14), I need a guest friendly hotel (with no extra charges, included AMB), below 1000 THB, location should near to MRT station (hopefully not too far from Catherine entertainment centre) and easyly for me to walk around. Any recommendation from u.

Thank you in advance.
