I've been to S. Botan Massage couple of times! It's an old place some of the papasans and girls can speak English so you don't have to go with a Thai. This place is also known as P P Cafe. You can walk from National Stadium.

It's not slim picking, sometimes you can find gems there but only 90 minutes of service. Moreover, the tubs and beds are small! Cafe Biwa has better girls and service and the price is similar.
