As Indonesian who like to go to thousand (seribu) island to fish I really never heard about a hotel room with glass bottom as you mentioned.

Could you tell me where in Jakarta's Seribu Island have this kind of facility.

Within one to one and half hour by speed boat running at 30 knots and have hotel facility are only Putri island and Sepa Island.

Pantara Island and Mentari Island which belong to Tommy Winata (One of Indonesian congromerate) and use to have casino facility were closed for public many years ago and they also don't have glass bottom hotel room since all the cottage were build on the island.
Are they already open again now?

The closest island Pulau Ayer within 20 minute by boat also don't have that kind of facility even they build some of their cottage on the top of the water supported by wooden pillar.

First of all, nice to see that you are back from China.
The island had no name, not that I was told; but it is at least an hour away, it is own by Aguan nick; Mr. Sugiyanto Ku...... something. Very powerful person in Indo, I think he owns the AG group.
I do know the name as I was not paying attentions, Just know that I reach there in about 1 hour plus.
The front of the island looks like a normal villa type, but the back has about 30 plus cottages on platoons on anchor down on stilts with bottom open up for fishing, my room had a glass bottom.
The back of the island was also block with a high wall on platoon, so it was very private.
I think it is a tear down house boat, so it could transport anywhere anytime.
Would you like me to ask the travel agent on my next trip and forward you the info when I get it?

First of all, sorry for the double posting.
As I have to cut my trip short, I am writing this report this morning, before I have to catch a flight back to the States for a share holder meeting.
Last night was the most fun I had in years and that is saying some.
I was pluck for my last meeting and brought to a photo studio to watch a photo shoot, lets say playboy type.

About the Police raids, I think it is because it is getting close to the fasting month, so the police have to make some money before the holidays.

Just came back over the weekend, and had an eye opener going around to spas, brothels and KTV's.
Your know how much we hate to kena police raid, well there is not much we can do to avoid it unless we have tons of money.
Well last night my local supplier was showing me around the city, and in the middle of it he got a call from a police officer to avoid these streets and these times. turns out to be true, when I ask him what he had to paid to have informations and why would you need such a service?
His answer was sharp and short; don't want and don't need the hassles.
But the down side is that he has to keep paying the cops every month regardless of the raids, and the price is huge.
I did not have the heart to tell him that I used a sex travel company to take me around when I am in town and they charge me a small fee for each trip and I almost never get raid and if I do get stop I never get hassle as the ground handler would handler everything; within 5 mins we are on our way.
A small fee for a great service, unlike my supplier who pays the cop every month for nothing.
