yep .... copy the URL of the pix you choose and paste it on the correct column in your User CP (within this forum) ... ensure the size if the pix is within the specified size.

2. click Edit Options
3. scroll all the way down to Other Options

This is also where i got problem. hope you can help.
I download the avatar to say photoshop, then shrink the image, but cant upload it back to your server, cos it says it needed a url for the avatar.
