I just got back from penang and stayed in Northam hotel. This hotel only have suites. For the price of RM220++ i stayed in a deluxe suite. IMO thats is quite affordable as for suite in KL will cost you at least 1000 RM in a 5 star hotel. However for convenient bonking you may want to stay at Berjaya Hotel or Cititel since both hotels has HC or fitness centre. I dunno the rates you may want to call them up.

I am quite lazy to travel around so most of the time call in to hotel room. I believe Cititel and Berjaya Hotel allow room service and massage. Charges may be higher. My last visit in Penang, i ended up with 2 prc and 1 russian. i will write a FR later. Well if you need the contact can pm me.
