Whenever during weekend, the money changer tends to lower the exchange rate so that they can earn more. Reason for doing so, singaporean, staying at the north, like to travel to johor to shop and buy things plus some who have car problem like to go for maintenace of their cars because its much cheaper to service their cars in Malaysia then in Singapore. But to me, the workmanship may not be as good as Singapore because most of the replacement they made for your cars are "chiong" items and as for Singapore mechanic shop are usually original. But as I say in chinese " 1 cent 1 piece of good" - " yi fen qian yi fen huo".

Was at causeway woodlands at 4pm. The rate SDG$100 = RM$226.70

Just saw the rate at Jurong Point this afternoon around 3pm after lunch the rate is $100 = $227.

FYI:
to all bro in singapore, I find out the exchange rate have difference in singapore and JB during the weekend and weekday.
if you come to JB on weekday,you have to change the note at Jb becos more higher then woodland or other in singapore.
If weekend or holiday,try to change it before u entering JB,like woodland will 0.30-0.40 cents higher from JB.

Today's rate at 1.30pm at causeway woodlands S$100 = RM$227.30. Seems like getting higher by the day. JB here I come.......... or cum........
