For clean, decent massage with no extras, try the few outlets inside Summit Shopping Mall. There are PRC, Thai, etc. I personally have tried Zouk Spa as well as a PRC joint on Level 4 (can't remember the store name). Ratings for this last store as follow:
ML: PRC SYT late-20s
Body: Slim and nice
Skills: 9/10
Cost: RM100 for 2 hrs
WIR: Yes
