Come to think of it, let's keep TS emotions out of the picture first.

Seriously speaking, actually TS is in a very favourable situation. He got a girl who tells him the truth, gives him good sex, doesn't really get money from him. TS can be the emotional support for her, and if TS can play his cards right, she can be under his control.
