I am going down to ICA to ask more info. If I have her photocopy of the passport, is it enough? She now back in china, she don't use computer at all so if any documents I need she have to mail it to me.

well i do agree with VM on this. if she deported back then dont even talk about getting ROM in sgp bcos u cant even step into singapore. even can step in singapore n get rom. high chance she cannot get a LTVP or worst being jail from coming to singapore if use diff passport.
