Thanks for the update...no wonder i thought having 2 powers..i give others and resulted my 2 powers gone...if surfing in this server more than 3 yrs...got 3 powers awarded??

Those caught registering multiple nicks in order to build up their "war chest" to abuse the system will be placed in deep moderation mode (-999 reputation points)

No use. This twinkle has already built many clones power so that he can zap anyone to the red. Everyday,he up his clone to power so that he can zap people he don't like lol. It is just like cyber version of texas saw.

HOWEVER, those who abuse the system by making vicious attacks and spewing vulgarities anonymously will have their nicks exposed and placed under moderation if the victim complains to the moderators. If you want to FUCK someone via the reputation system, then have the guts to reveal your nick when doing so and you won't be penalised.

<< Those who use the reputation system to frame innocent parties may also be exposed.

I tried to up a bro (reputation points )who joined in sep2005 and has -20 reputation points for his accurate report,but the message pop up read as "you cannot give reputation to this post as it is either more than 2 days old or it is located in the newbies testing section" .His tread was started on 25th,Sep2007.Can any master or bro advise me what wrong with it?Thanks in advance.

I'm just stating what my understanding of this new system here.

To Bro Tirak_Less,
What the Boss meant was, when you Up or Zap reputation point/s to somebody,
let say eg. me,(my nick is littlesyt),
you must spread your reputation to another 1000 other people first then you can Up or Zap me again.

Example: Today (13/07/2007) you Up or Zap me,
Must wait for 24 hours later then you can Up or Zap again,
AND must be another 1000 different person later,
Then finally you can Up or Zap me (my nick is littlesyt) again...

For the next Up or Zap me again will be
24 Hours x 1000 times or 1000 days later,
Or to be exact 2 years 9 months later,
That's the date (13/04/2010) when you can Up or Zap me for the second time.
Hope this clear your doubts.
