to me i cut down 50% of my chiong frequency lately, so far so gd i believe as time passes by didi will also adjust and get used to the new release frequency too.

Me go the HC only once a month, no more go for FL. Use to go twice a month , now reduce to only once a month. If things getting worse, may reduce to go HC once every 2 months.
