I want to ask regarding the equipment used by afa like the gloves especially the lancet.
let's say if the volunteer forget to dispose the lancet, can it still be reused afterwards?

Of course not. The lancet is single use only anyway. And it's all disposed.

Was @ AFA last evening.
They were using the Forehead Scanner for Temperature now
They were using ear thermometer during my 1st visit in June. of course with disposal plastic

July was the month for the Syphilis. therefore they charges $30 for both test (HIV & Syphilis).
& was surprise to see many couples going there for test.

Was there early so while waiting for the clinic to be open i went to Blk 27 for drinks. but in the end eating Popiah & laska. haha

hehe the stall is run by a old man. if im not wrong he have 2 daughters helping him. and 1 of them was really Big. at least D cup...hehe

they operate from 9am to 6pm. i was lucky i got a bowl as i was there abt 615pm...can give it a try.

Just went for my first ever HIV screening, some pointers for fellow bros.

Between AFA & DSC, I had wanted AFA. Went to Kelantan Lane's DSC then I realised - that AFA (testing) is operated outside of normal work hours (but still inside DSC clinic). It only opens on:

Tue & Wed: 6.30pm - 8pm
Sat: 1.30pm - 3.30pm

If you wanna stay anonymous, you should opt. for AFA. For DSC, if you are tested positive, MOH will be notified. Your spouse will also be notified if you are married. If you are a foreigner, you may even be barred from entering our soil again.

Btw, DSC is closed from 12pm - 1pm for lunch.

Just went DSC clinic last nite for my 1st screening, did not realize it was for AFA. But lucky that it opened till late at 8pm.

My encounter earlier in the afternoon: tried a local mina & condom broke in the v!

Wanted to go for a routine check earlier but this incident has prompt me to act faster. However the window period is only after 3 wks to be able test for the anti-bodies & confirmation is after another 3 months window period again.

The next option for me was to get the FL to go for the check asap, there is a window period of 3 wks incubation period for her as well hence can only check if shes infected prior to 3 wks or earlier.

However, in any event, if anyone feels that there is a high risk of being infected, a 48-hr window period is open to undergo treatment immediately to minimize the possibility of infection, called the (PE..something?).

Have also confirmed with counseller the myth that tramission is possible thru BBBJ as well. 4 types of fluid exchange to look out are semem, vaginal fluid, blood & breast milk.

Cheong safe so that we can cheong longer. More importantly, I feel that I need to be repsonsible to my spouse despite my addiction to FLs.
