If the Person is: Married
Notification to: Spouse
Action taken: Communicable Disease Centre will inform the spouse if the person does not do so within a given time frame

If the Person is: Non-Singaporean and married to Singaporean/PRs
Notification to: Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
Action taken: Person granted renewable short-term/long term social visit pass

If the Person is: Non-Singaporean and not married to Singaporean/PRs
Notification to: Singapore Immigration and Registration
Action taken: Person asked to leave Singapore and barred from further entry

If the Person is: Non-Singaporean and working in Singapore
Notification to: Singapore Immigration and Registration, and Ministry of Manpower
Action taken: Employment pass / work permit withdrawn (a short extension may be granted in exceptional cases.)

In Thailand, ask her to seek treatment in her province hospital. They only pay the normal 30 baht. Don't need to go to Bangkok as the medication is the same. Anyway, so far the medication there only helps to prolong their lives a little. Sooner or later, they'll develop AIDS and eventually die. Sorry to say that.
