On the day of auction, all bidders came to conference room in STB building at Tanglin.


Tan, Kuek, Chia , and Yuko/Yugawaski arrived and seated

They were shown site development plan , and the rules set by Govt regarding resorts.

Once bidders confirmed they understood.

Bidders started bidding..

Tan, Kuek, Chia bidded less than $100 millon each.
Finally Yuko put up her hand ,signaling $200 millions

Tan, Kuek, Chia looked at the floor, dare not bid further..

Once, Twice, Sold to Japanese developer for $200 millions

Organisers congrats Yuko and Yugawaski

Both Japanese looked at each other, smiling.

Yugawaski then contacted HQ in Japan, and leaders and elders were pleased with Yuko performance

STB respresentatives congrats Japaneses and told them to come to STB office again to sign documents .


Day later, Yuko contacted Chia, Tan and Kuek to sign documents with Nippon-Singapore Corp , which was started by Mazuta for legal as well as illegal business in Singapore.
