I've re-read the rules and reviewed my activity. I acknowledge that my mistake was offering to "trade" reputation points.

To this charge of misconduct I offer my sincere apologies and I promise not to do it again.

I also understand now that such an action is actively discouraged because it imbalances the reputation system. However, in light of my contributions to this forum and that I did not accumulate many points from offering to trade points, I hope that you can grant me a concession and remove me from moderation.

Nothing to do with trading rep points. It's for ongoing abusive language in the rep remarks column without identifying your nick.. Refer to rule 8 of http://www.sammyboyforum.com/showthread.php?t=60407 This rule has been in force for years.

It's not based on how long you've been a member. It all depends upon your participation level.

You have to tick the option to save a copy of sent messages. Go to your CP and configure this.
