Ray Elbe is a mixed martial arts fighter. He's been punched and kicked throughout the course of his career.

On Dec 3, he broke his penis.

He was having sex with his girlfriend in Malaysia when the accident happened.

Mr Elbe spoke about the accident in a YouTube video. He said: "I was having intercourse with my girlfriend... and ended up breaking - fracturing - my penis bone. It's actually possible, guys."

He passed out from the pain and was rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery. Mr Elbe tore his urinary tract in the incident, leaving him unable to relieve himself properly for the first few weeks after the fracture.

Thankfully, it was a success, and doctors expect a full recovery.

He made the video to raise awareness that a penis fracture is a medical emergency.

"A lot of guys actually get to the point where there is no repair, because they're embarrassed," Mr Elbe said.

You cant break your penis...there is no bone in the penis..but yes the correct word to use is injure your penis...pls check the human skeletal system..there is absolutely no skeleton on the penis...it is just a piece of meat with muscles tissue thats all
