Bought it at one of the pharmacy in town some time back. Been consuming it for past month....so far no effect for me...hardness and energy still the same as before. Or maybe its just my body that cannot absorb the goodness
 Been taking the pills regularly...2 pills on monday follow by 1 each on alternate days.  Are there any things that are not to be consumed? Or any protocol to follow?

Most of the retail stores in city have it. Our tongkat ali supplement is best taken at night . Probably you can consume others herbs in the day.
