Hi guys may I know which clinic can get cheaper urine test and consultation ? I went to Kensington Family Clinic for Urine test and Consultation total $385 which is very ex.. any bro can recommend any clinic ?

You can't test for STDs with a urine test.

I went for Urine test over there , and they detected Chlamydia . Then they ask me eat the antibiotics for 6 weeks . Then go back for test again .. So i was thinking go back test jia lat sia.. $385 alot to me... consultation $80 , test $300...

It cant be that ex, go to government hospital or specialist got citizen discount.

What about other STDs? If you have Chlamydia, you need to be checked for the rest too.

I don't like that Kensington family clinic man. They promote themselves as having doctor who is good at std related illness and I been there 3 times, 2 times I was served by a doctor who actually told me he isn't good at this area and asked me to come on a weekday to see the other doctor who is good. Seriously wasted my trip and I don't live near there.

they also opened another clinic at tanjong pagar recently, went there for full std testing. During the consultation, I asked if I can take HIV oral quick first while waiting for my full std result. Doctor do not know how much it cost and open the door and ask the nurse outside "how much oral quick cost"(with people outside!) *face palm

And also, asked me whether have I hold my urine for 2 hour at least and proceed with opening door again and asking nurse outside to confirm 2 hours is the correct guideline.

And lastly, after getting my blood test, do not know where is the plaster and again ask the nurse for help again.

and to answer to your question, if your on budget, best is to go DSC clinic but result might take longer. I think not more than $200 for full check.

Don't go there, doctor no standard, last time I go there for hiv test (my first time), cost $85, after that cause first time got question call back and ask but nurse ask me to go down and talk to doctor and pay $ 85 again. Nurse and doctor not helpful at all, go dsc cilinc or dr tan and partner that side got standard

Bro i not sure leh.. i get the result report . There put Chlamydia positive , Gonorrhoeae not detected.. only this 2 nia ...

Thanks guys for the helpful reply . They told me eat the medicine for 6 weeks and go back test again.. I guess i go the clinic you guys mention better ba.. $385 is really super expensive just for consultation and test zzz
