The most famous one is Ceasers sauna at momo shopping centre lvl 15, aka 亞太三溫暖，or if u want something similar, but a bit smaller, jinsha sauna (http://www.wensha.com.tw/). It's along the same road, just past Taiwan egg.

Had a hard time finding "ENGLISH" info on Chionging scene here. so decided to write the short summary so bros who kena D7 and below for mandrain.

Went to 2 saunas in Taipei, had a hard time looking as my mandrain is not good.
