Yes best rate for this year 2009 I got so far is SGD 1 = 12, 880 VND.

Last year 2008 ever got SGD 1 = 13,200 VND

Last night went "Rabbit Hunting" but seems like other hunters got the Rabbit because Rabbit only appeared once and never come back. I think Vlover might have a hard time to fulfill his "Rabbit" dreams...
