Official pill for PE is Prilligy. But doesn't work for all. There are sprays that works better.

Yes that is why when you use sprays you should also use a condom. That way the spray stays on you and not get onto your partner.

Good question. There is very little information on Gambir cream out there. I honestly do not even know what the active ingredient is. There is also very little information on dosage, over-dosage and potential side effects. So I say use at your own risk.

When you use the sprays with condoms the penis will definitely feel numb. That is how the sprays work. They numb the penis so that you don't ejaculate too fast.

Thanks DoctorTan for the info. I am also having PE issue due to PCC too much during younger days. Been using spray with some degree of success over the last few years.

Dosage is kinda difficult to control as some times it's fine and I can have a very pleasurable session with the lady, but lately I realised when I used spray (too much), due to the numbness I cannot erect and those ladies usually very pissed.

Now I switched to using Durex Performa, not as numb and I can't last as long compare to using spray, but at least I don't have problem getting a hard on, still experimenting and my 2cents of sharing.

HSA has recently released alerts on 5 sexual enhancement products. At least one of them (Stud 100) is available from Amazon. So even the sprays may not be safe to use after all.
