There seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding of how HIV is, and is NOT transmitted.

Hiv transmission doesn't stand a chance of happening via female genitals to mouth - there are just too many obstacles on the oral route.The first obstacle is the mouth itself. The mouth is a veritable fortress, standing against all sorts of pathogens we come into contact with every minute of our lives. Even if the risk of HIV is negligible, the probability of catching other nasty viruses that are far more robust than HIV is omnipresent.

It would therefore be prudent to discourage unprotected oral sex.
