I think it's the red markings, not numberings. Clearly some houses are stables without red numbers but other big numbers.

you cannot reduce the risk and should never have unprotected sex. why can't you reduce the risk? because the incubation period, the period from infection until the body reacts to the HI virus can take up to 3 months (https://www.aids.gov/hiv-aids-basics/) - this means the WL should not have any sexual contact within these 3 months (where in reality she will probably have had up to 2000 contacts if assuming 20/25 a day as read elsewhere here on the forum).
