For me, I was not circumcised since young. I also had phimosis as I could not retract my foreskin previously. Early this year, I went to see urologist and the doctor pulled back my foreskin and removed the smegma (which is a lot). Damn painful as the gland was very sensitive to touch and had not been exposed before. Since then, I tried to pull back my foreskin everyday and wash it with water and soap. Not easy at first, as it was still sensitive to touch. After bathing, I will still leave the gland head exposed to atmosphere and clothing. Even when I sleep, my gland head is exposed.

To date, I am satisfied with this lifestyle and I do not think there is a need to circumcise. Also, I check with the urologist and she said very seldom do singapore chinese males circumcise.
