I think you need to calm down and think, what is your intention by helping her out? Is it purely altruism? Or is it that you secretly hope to be her someone special?
If it's the former I suggest you go do some charity that helps locals. If it's the latter and you are willing to get chopped then nobody can help you since you already decided.
