Bro for African women try the Indian restaurant at Kampong Kapor Road and Syed Alwi Road junction - The one selling prata. Met 2 chicks from Kenya there once. In general, that location has a number of Africans doing business with the second hand dealers. Another coffee shop along Kampong Kapor also had a stall selling African food.
But,the chicks are hard to find though. Last time some Africans from Ivory Coast were operating from Lorong 16 in Geylang.

I actually ever tried 1 african and 1 mixed brazilian chick before.
