tks for the reply,really appreciate ur frankness and detailed fr.For that kind of drinks prices and damages charges maybe u can try out platinum ktv.Drinks at 288 nett i think,definitely not more than $300 and plenty of brown sugars tho have not been there yet.The mummy is from fortissimo and her name cherry,maybe u can give it a try there if u like.

as far as possible keep to superstar? thanks to all the brothers .. suggestions to better alternative is very much welcome like i say... but taken into consideration its made with respect from superstar? if you get what i mean... e.g. "superstar got this this this and this... however i think xxxx got this this this and this.. think superstar is banned le... i banned it.. brothers was there and i got complained.. getting from bad to worst. ladies have bad service attitude.
and i think KTV service attitude is important. one time is good enough to blow the ratings.. and its the 3rd time the brothers was there.

just a feedback for the others who wanted to go there..

Hi Guys,

having read the threads for Superstar, pls allow me to make my one cents worth.

KTVs by and large are never cheap. One must be prepared to fork out approx @$380 per btl and if you are out there with 5 or more frens, 2 btls are norm. If you encounter mummy who are persistent and knows the marketing strategies, they will throw in one btl to entice you to buy 3 btls. So , in brief, if you wanna patronise such places, S$200 per pax is abt enuf, excluding the gals tips.

Coming to the gals, you are the boss! you dictate what you want, if you do not want the gals to drink so much, or you do not want the waiters to top up like they are pouring "black sauce", just tell them.

Superstars and most others joints ie. Hollywoods; tuberose; Lido Deluxe; Xin Tian Di etc, have gals and mummies and waiters that are trained to drain your bottle.

so, go enjoy yourselves and be happy. dun be drained and hung to dry for these joints.....

If you like Melayu, try HotSpot Pub n KTV along Joo Chiat Road. It is located towards the end of East Road Road, besides Joo Chiat CC.

Here, you have an open pub concept and with 4 KTV rooms, located at the deeper end of the pub. The Melayus comes in after 2130hrs, and definitely "no holds barred" action. Each btl of whisky is less than S$250/- and room is free.

The gals are wild...when you are in the room, you simply have no time to sing.... i bet you.... you will be too busy with all the actions....

Superstar is no different from XDT lah both places also hv daring happening, but there is a different in the liquor XDT is $348 nett per bottle inclusive of room as compare to Superstar i think superstar is still cheaper than XDT
