Went to holiday plaza for shopping. The exchange rate is S$100 = RM$224.5. BTW got new DVD there, like Spiderman 2, Troy, I-robot, etc. Very good quality. Also got lots of moon cake too. Cheers !

Giant is selling 8 DVD for 50RM !!

I personally would go for the higher grade DVD (RM15) imported Dual Layer Disc instead of those 10RM single layer disc.

cos bank inter exchange rate is 226 today

The rate for 20 Oct night at causeway woodlands was S$100 = RM$226.40. Can anyone tell me what's the rate at JB? Will be going in to JB on next Thu to have some fun in the day time. Hope the rate will go up.

Yesterday went in. rate was M$225.8 to S$100. check it out.

Whenever during weekend, the money changer tends to lower the exchange rate so that they can earn more. Reason for doing so, singaporean, staying at the north, like to travel to johor to shop and buy things plus some who have car problem like to go for maintenace of their cars because its much cheaper to service their cars in Malaysia then in Singapore. But to me, the workmanship may not be as good as Singapore because most of the replacement they made for your cars are "chiong" items and as for Singapore mechanic shop are usually original. But as I say in chinese " 1 cent 1 piece of good" - " yi fen qian yi fen huo".
