nope, this joint is in city centre, just opened. i walked past 2 days ago to see all the congratulatory flower wreaths. looks glitzy, has the "feel" of a high class clean joint .... but then again, you never know

no urge to try this joint so far ... was checking out the new smaller place down the road .... wanted to get the boss to massage me but she says she only do counter service @#$%%

Guess my field report will be the first. I was there at 11pm.

Location (7/10)
1. Convenient to be there after 5pm - free parking along road.
2. Considered to be the epicenter of at least 9 spas/hcs within a radius of 400meters

Ambience (8/10)
1. Cosy
2. Remove shoes at door
3. Can see the owners have put in effort in the decor
4. 4 sections (foot relexology, reception/waiting area, massage section, staff area)
5. Staff dressed in all black. Seems pants is a must
6. Has a TV in foot reflexology area but no volume. Streaming of movie slow.

Reception (7/10)
1. Not bad looking - but dont think she does massaging
2. She was on the phone and heard she saying in chinese that no choosing of gals as based on rotation

Crowd (6/10)
1. Had to wait for almost 15 mins
2. Seems to have only 3 gals working

Pre-Massage (6/10)
1. Select promo $42 for 1 hr (massage & scrub)
2. Select scrub $10
3. Brought to room - sliding door with a nice design see-thru window on it.
4. Room is nice - not crammed.
5. Cool shower area - it's a high tech shower cubicle (radio, handshower, body showerheads, fan, light, etc) - Note: Turn the handle just below the control panel to select handshower, bodyshower or overhead shower)
6. A bit of minus point here - they should have a bathmat in front of the shower cubicle. Otherwise the carpet will be wet. A few weeks time will have a mouldy smell.
7. Noticed that the massage bed has some stains - will be water/scrubs residue.
8. Like the disposal underwear given. Black and thong style.

Massage (6.5/10)
1. Lady is friendly
2. Body scrub is only on back
3. Feels that she tends to massage more on the left side of back (left shoulder, left arm, left thigh, etc). Maybe tired already.
4. She did asked if want to extend for 1/2 hr as the body scrub took up almost 30 mins including shower. Cost me additional $21.
5. Quite professionally done though I thought she might have accidentally brushed her inner thighs against my arms, or chest against my head when I was facing up while she massaged my head and shoulder.
6. But in the end, a clean joint. No GQ, no teasing, - just a simple massage at not so simple price.

Return to Massage Value (4/10)
1. Price on the high side
2. Too many other joints nearby that offers teasers in terms of clothings, etc and specials.

Please don't ask me for venue - it's too easy to locate and they have been advertising in the newspaper (cost only 70cts).

Hi Bros,

Well....so far only the receptionist is not bad look (wavy locks, nice deposition and sweet smile).

Among the 3 ladies working that night, all I can say is I had her - in terms of look. And will rate her a 6.5

Personally I do not expect much of sexciting FRs from this Dynasty.

However I don;t mind trying another HC that is just located by the busstop...the recept looks like a chio milf. Of cos that through the door only.

New spa opened not too long ago. Apparently they are opened 24 hours.

Clean joint so don't expect any specials. However if you are in for a nice massage place, this place is quite nicely renovated with easy parking options. Great relaxing experience i must say with friendly staff.

However the wait is way too long though they initially told you that you only have to wait for 10 mins. Ended up waiting 25 mins ! I think currently they are experience a lack of staff.

A can try place if you are looking for a place to wind down after 11pm when most places are closed.

I just went 2 days ago.

Its a clean joint. Massage was v good. Ease all the joints ache after soccer session.

The lady ask me to do a Gua Sha which is with cupping. Pain but after it my shoulder ache eases and feel better but the back is very red like blue black so those with OC must say go chinese physician do safer....

Been to this outlet last sat nite. The place is open until 6am everything. Rooms are rather spacious and have the standards of the more establish spas in Singapore. On the wall there is a sign that indicates no sexual activities are allowed. However, the more adventurous brothers can always try to get more for their buck.

My massue is Helen. Very qualified personnel - You have to wear a black color disposable underwear. Helen used to work in foot reflex back in China - Foot reflex in china are all clean and open concept joints.

Overall, it would be one of the places that I will visit if I am looking for a good rub.

Here's my philosophy: I believe with rapport built, anything is possible. But I wun be trying, Helen is not exactly a looker. Besides, her massage skills to me are worth SGD 50 an hour.
