Yea it's been five days since the cut, and the days are long and hard... Really, the worst pains of the surgery comes within the first week or so...

1 day old: I was told by my doc to remove e bandage prior to bathing and put a gauze on the scar line after tt. The thing is, I have problems removing it. The bandage was with micropore tapes stuck to my dickhead, so removing it was a pain in e a**. Besides, blood kept flowing out (I wet the bandage to reduce the adhesion in bid to make it easier to remove) and it's pain, sensitive, and uncomfortable. After sometime too anxious and fucked up Liao, I went to clinic and seek help (lucky got insurance coverage) and was removed easily. There, I saw for the firs time, my dick head!!! I know it's like over reacting, but if you spent the past 20 years looking at a covered up dick (I got phimosis) it's a sight. Also one thing: the way I pee changed drastically: I have no feeling when I pee, and I can't control the "range", so I tend to overshot And end up rinsing the whole toilet...

3rd day: went for check up. Doc say good so far. Mine was a special cut, as my dick retracts in alot more than normal, so if done using normal cut, the skin may cover back up again. I was also instructed to fold a piece of tissue paper and wrap around the scarline to absorb the smelly secretions. Does any bro know what is that?

Day 5(today): went for my check up again. All is fine. No infection whatsoever, very glad to hear that. Now still pain but the stitches will come off along with the pain. Also given e green light to exercise, but will do so whe the pain subsides a little.

Here's my view of the after-care I think should recommend to bros contemplating surgery: I know most doc don't say much, and cicumsicion nowadays are done usin laser (mine is still the good ol cut and stich), but do watch what you eat. I've been told: no raw food, seafood, onions ginger and other spices, even chicken as these may trigger infection. In short just eat as bland as possible, I have been eating almost plain porridge and canned chye sim since the cut. Avoid dark soya sauce as they will darken the scars (light soya is ok though)

With the issue of briefs/boxers I'm not too sure about it but this is my take: wear loose boxers for the first few days with minimal walking to avoid hurting it. After that as you gradually continue ur daily lives, wear fitting (not tight) briefs as you wont want it dangling as you walk.

One more thing, dun be stupid like me and go watch porn. Feel quite horny so watched some porn. Who knows, my bro swelled up and the stitch hurt so much that I literally teared.

Wah long post leh... Ps la 5 days never check out so must make my fair share of posts hahaha... This is basically what me and most bros here have gone through. I only hope that this will make my sex life more interesting!!!

I don't really understand whats the problem. Forgive me for assuming but i will take it that you never hj yourself with pulled up foreskin before. Only played with yourself with the skin there.

So basically the main difference is you need lubrication on the head and shaft of your thingy. Go buy yourself a small tube of Durex lube and try it out (by yourself first). Without lube the exposed region is too sensitive for dry rubbing, might cause burns lol.

So wasted your bkk trip.. lol
