Anyone know abt 5-HTP? Its a natural supplement that increase ur serontin level which in turn will delay ur pre ejaculation. Its sold in NNC and cost $50plus a bottle (30 tablets of 100mg). They also got 200mg per tablet but cos double.

Not too sure if it will really work. Heard magnesium citrate supplement helps too.

Kegel execise is the best natural method to control ur PE. Im just starting out but so far it seem to make it worse LOL. I tends to flex my PC muscle when making love and it make me comes faster instead of controlling it. I hope its just the initial stage, maybe a few more weeks will see some result.

Bro got something to ask you, i saw the above site what is the quantity
in ml? What do they mean by "5cm bottle".

Saw other sites as well selling gambir but they state the quantity in ml, this

From the demo video, i think the bottle from gambirshop only contain 5 to 15
ml of solution only. The size seems is about the same as a perfume tester.

Maybe i will be able to help out abit on this issue, i am originally from Malaysia

Gambir in malaysia there are basically 3 types - bark, biasa, unggul

The bark can you can see from gambirshop.com (i think they have a picture
over there) but its a waste of time/money and very troublesome to use, put
on the palm and rub, its basically unprocessed, so far this never worked for
me. Its also very cheap in Malaysia, you can get a small piece from RM 0.50 -
RM 1, its just the raw product but its those that cannot be used and they
throw away (hence so cheap)

This one you are right its a very small bottle, this is the one consists of less
than 5ml. This is the "Biasa" liquid gambir. Its the same sold on gambirshop
and the link you posted. This is basically made at "home", thats why when
you buy it and open the bottle, you can see its half filled with sand and
murky like sewage water. This is because they make it at "home" and they
don't have the proper equipment to do it (as it very expensive), so they just
improvise.

This is why some people also feels hot when its used, because its not
processed correctly and no one knows what else is in it. Usually local
malaysians never buy this, its usually sold to tourists, because they don't
know better. If you still want it, you can find it near kotaraya (JB), Jalan
Wong Ah Fook (JB). Certain mini markets also do sell this type of gambir.
Price is also cheap around RM 3 - Rm 5/bottle, but its "home" made so be
alittle careful with this.

gambir "Unggul". This one is really hard to find, because it is often sold out,

I saw it at Tampines Mall GNC. Left like 2 or 3 bottles. I supposed it should be sell at all branches, maybe that product is popular. Can try asking the sale people. U can type 5 hpt in goggle and find out all the information u needed abt its affect on PE.
