ICA would require the spouse to make the complaint direct and need to provide solid evidence to them. Even by doing so, there is no guarantee that they will put a stop to that.

I got a cousin who was having the problem. She went there to lodge a complaint but no actions were taken against the PRC in the end. Again she went to MOM, then they push the thing here and there. They say will provide an outcome on the investigation but they never reply in the end. My cousin's husband found out what she did and they had a big argument over the matter. My cousin denied flat but the husband was able to tell what she had submitted to MOM. I was thinking, what the hell... Something fishy is going on there! In the end, the PRC went back China safely. I thought the identity of the person lodging the complaint is to be kept confidential to protect them but... Sigh...

can be done..
but nobody will help...
only approved EA can help.. but no1 will... cause is anything wrong with her pass or permit.. MOM will check the pass which company she is currently holding and those who had checked her before...
