Frankly, there is nothing much you can do on your part. It is your brother who is keeping the woman, and it is between your sis in law and your brother. Complain to MOM will lead no where, if she is on permit to work here. Unless she is caught red handed by AV for payment of sex, there is no way you can get rid of her. Worse would be if your brother decided to give her a lump sum or go to china FOR GOOD.
