Re: Penis Issues

Share some stuff I have been researching

Exercise for Harder Erections
Most men realize that they have to exercise to keep their muscles from getting soft as they get older. Yet, many men just accept as inevitable that their erections will soften with age, or turn to drugs like Viagra or Levitra to compensate. However, there is no need to either accept the "inevitable," or to turn to drugs. Just as exercise can harden the muscles of your body, exercise can also harden your erection.

Though there are several different factors that can affect the hardness of your erection, one of the most important is the strength of your Pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle. The stronger your PC muscle is the harder your penis will be, and, when your penis is at its hardest, it will also be at its biggest.

If you are not already aware of your PC muscle, the best way to locate it is to urinate, and then to stop the flow of urine. When the flow stops, you have found your PC muscle. Now flex your PC muscle a few times to make sure you have found it. As with any muscle, the PC muscle will atrophy if it's not exercised regularly. Below are three exercises to get your PC muscle back into shape.

1) Quick squeeze: Squeeze your PC Muscle as tightly as you can and hold it for 2 seconds, and then completely relax the muscle. That is one repetition. Rest 1 second between reps.

2) Slow Squeeze: Squeeze your PC muscle as tightly as you can and hold it for 15 seconds, and then release slowly, completely relaxing the muscle. That is one repetition. Rest 5 seconds between reps.

3) Long Squeeze: Squeeze your PC muscle as tightly as you can and hold it for a minimum of 60 seconds, and then release. That is one repetition. Rest 60 seconds between reps.

Daily PC Muscle Workout

Do one set of each exercise

Quick Squeeze: 20-100 repetitions (add 10 reps per week)

Slow Squeeze: 10-25 repetitions (add 3 reps per week)

Long Squeeze: 2-10 repetitions (add 1 rep per week)

Just as with any exercise program, you should start out slowly and build up over time. Start with the lowest number of repetitions and increase the number of reps weekly as suggested. You do not have to do the entire workout at one session. It is just as beneficial to do each exercise in a separate session. However, it is important to do each exercise daily in order to make progress.

After being on this program for 4-8 weeks you should have a super strong PC muscle and a harder erection. Once you've reached the maximum number of reps for each exercise, you could, though I don't recommend it, just do one of the exercises each day on a rotating basis. For example, Quick Squeeze on day 1, Slow Squeeze on day 2, Long Squeeze on day 3, Quick Squeeze on day 4, and so on.

Among the added benefits of PC muscle exercise are more powerful ejaculations, more intense orgasms, and the ability to have multiple orgasms. PC muscle exercises also promote good prostate health by massaging the prostate gland with the contractions of the PC muscle.

A breakthrough new method gives any man harder erections simply, naturally and without drugs! To stop erectile dysfunction and start having stiff, powerful erections tonight

Heh.. I not exactly a disciplined practitioner.

Just do it whenever I could remember or bored (ie queueing, waiting..etc and motivate by spotting busty babes and kegel like crazy to them)

It's ironic isn't it.

When we were young we tried everything we could to keep it down.

When we get older we are trying everything we could to keep it up.

Might be worth giving L-tyrosine from GNC/any supplement stores a try? 1gram up to 3 times a day. Hopefully that would help restore the youthful horniness we all miss.

Re: Penis Issues

Want To Last Longer In Bed? Beware!

Men often resort to home remedies to defeat premature ejaculation (PE) in bed. Here’s what works and what doesn't. The main thing? Don't be shy to ask your partner to lend a hand.

Thinking About Your Dead Pet
Sex is part body, part brain. So, in the heat of passion, some men think about football stats; others think about roadkill. “It works because you’re less sexually present,” psychologist Barry McCarthy says. But beware: If you picture something disgusting or morbid, you’ll train yourself to think that way during sex. And that in itself can lead to erection problems, he says. Better to go with sports.

Adds Dr. Martha Lee, clinical sexologist at Eros Coaching and Men's Health advisory board member, "Contrary to the idea of thinking of non-sexy images (or even sexual turn-offs) to control ejaculation, the best chance you have of controlling ejaculation is to pay more attention to your body, not less. This “distraction” method may work for some people, but since it takes you away from experiencing sexual pleasure, some men can even end up experiencing some degree of erectile difficulty. Experiencing full sexual pleasure and controlling ejaculation is possible and just takes practice."

Stop and Squeeze
In a Men’s Health survey, 98 per cent of women said they’d be happy to help train their partner to last longer. So ask your honey to lend a hand: Relax your pelvic muscles as she manually stimulates you. When you’re about to reach the point of no return, ask her to stop and, if necessary, squeeze the head of your penis. Rest until the urge passes, then resume. You’re teaching your body restraint, says McCarthy. You can use a similar strategy during intercourse by changing positions or slowing down.

Dr. Lee agrees about getting your partner to help. She says, "It is possible to learn how to control your ejaculation by yourself, but with the help of a supportive partner, you can try other techniques that can work well in learning more about your body. One technique is called the Silent Vagina, where she agrees to not move her pelvic so that you can speed up or slow down your thrusts; or alternate between shallow and deep thrusts in order to learn how to last longer."

Masturbating Before Sex
It’s the most obvious move: Go at it alone first and you’ll last longer in round two. But there’s a downside, says McCarthy: Second orgasms are less intense. The truth is, you have total control over your different stages of excitation, right up to the seconds before you ejaculate. You can also achieve orgasm without ejaculating. Why not use your solo sessions to help prepare for the real thing?

Dr. Lee says, "The best way to learn how to control ejaculation is by yourself where there is less performance anxiety and repercussions – perceived or actual. You can start by practicing the kegel exercise where you squeeze and hold your pelvic muscles for a few seconds before releasing, outside of the bedroom. Once you feel that you have mastered this exercise, you may incorporate kegels into your masturbatory practice before attempting to do them in the bedroom. It needs to be progressive."

Numbing Agents
The lube in Durex’s Performax condoms contains benzocaine, a topical anaesthetic that reduces sensation in your penis so you can last longer. The catch: Once your member is slightly numbed, you must keep the condom on. (Men who suffer from PE often take it off.) Why? The residual benzocaine can also numb her vagina.

Swigging Booze
Drink too much and you won’t be able to get it up. But some alcohol before sex may depress your central nervous system and delay ejaculation. Don’t rely on it, though: You could become sexually dependent on alcohol, and then develop erectile dysfunction while sober, McCarthy says.

Trying Too Hard
Don't stress yourself out about how you'll perform in bed. Performance anxiety can ultimately lead to your downfall, especially if you place undue pressure on yourself. "Having sex can sometimes seem like oxymoron, you need to be relaxed, yet focused on the sensations in your body at the same time," says Dr. Lee, "When you let the fear of not performing well enough get to you and you try “hard” to make things work, the results can be counterproductive. No one is born with the ability to control ejaculation. Admitting your anxieties to your partner and learning techniques to control ejaculation can all help. "

Re: Penis Issues

Giving aphrodisiacs a try

Most people will be aware of or even have tried some form of aphrodisiac in an attempt to improve their sex life — and no, we’re not talking about Viagra here, which only affects your sexual ability rather than desire. There are lots of products — both natural and artificial — that supposedly enhance sexual desire; however, if you wish to give aphrodisiacs a try, then our advice is to use one of the natural aphrodisiacs which can often be found around the house, rather than forking out on products which may cost you a packet and fail to deliver.

Some common aphrodisiacs

Common aphrodisiacs include peaches, bananas, pine nuts, mussels, eels, horseradish, asparagus, cucumbers, and onions — although we’re not too sure your partner would be in the mood for much loving after a raw onion or two! For a little self-indulgence you could also throw into this list truffles, caviar, strawberries, oysters and chocolate — but not necessarily all at the same time!

Some people choose to quite literally spice things up with a little chili, curry, or any other form of sweat-inducing spice, since they produce results much like sex would, including increasing your heart rate and causing us to perspire. Other potential aphrodisiacs include ginseng — which literally means ‘man root’ — and scents such as vanilla, patchouli or musk, which are believed to awaken and provoke sexual energy.

Why did people use aphrodisiacs originally?

Aphrodisiacs have been used for many centuries and there is much debate about their effectiveness. Yet if it was all nonsense, why do people still turn to them to give them an increase in sexual desire?

Some aphrodisiacs were chosen in the first place due to their shape and resemblance to male or female genitalia. For example, rhino horn has widely thought to have been a useful aphrodisiac and in some quarters this is where the word ‘horny’ is thought to have come from! The Chinese have also traditionally used other animal-based aphrodisiacs, which gained their reputation from the apparent virility or aggressiveness of the animal source — such as tiger penis or even turtle eggs. However, many of us would be so appalled at the thought of an endangered species such as a tiger or rhino being threatened just to enhance out sexual pleasure, that it would hardly put us in the mood for love.

The evidence that aphrodisiacs work

Aphrodisiacs are based more on cultural myths than any fact, but people still continue to experiment with them to pep up their sex lives. However, there is no scientific evidence which proves that aphrodisiacs can directly stimulate sexual desire.

On the other hand, the power of suggestion can work wonders — so, if you believe something is an aphrodisiac, then it may well have the desired effect. And of course, the brain can certainly be stimulated by food, scents and drinks to such a degree that it puts the body in a state where it is more ready or prepared for sexual activity — even though they won’t necessarily create desire.

One of the most commonly-held views is that chocolate is an aphrodisiac. There is some debate as to whether a chemical called phenylethylamine present in chocolate is an aphrodisiac, but this compound is thought to be quickly degraded by enzymes so that significant concentrations do not reach the brain. Also, other substances such as alcohol only really help in that they reduce inhibition.

So, do aphrodisiacs work?

Strictly speaking, no. None of the substances that are considered to be aphrodisiacs work the way they are said to, and they don’t directly affect your sexual organs or sexual desires to make you more aroused or desiring. However, the power of suggestion can be a powerful thing, and so using ‘aphrodisiac’ food, drinks or scents as part of your seduction technique can spice up things up in your relationship.

Some substances obviously have an immediate effect on our moods. For example, a small amount of alcohol relaxes you emotionally and physically and increases your confidence, as well as opening small blood vessels, making you feel flushed and warm. Caffeine and sugar will give you a quick boost, too, making you feel energetic and ready for action.

On the whole, however, what you eat and drink long-term will have a greater effect on your general health and well-being — and thereby possibly help to increase your sexual desire. However, you might want to draw the line at suggestions in the Kama Sutra which state that a ram’s or goat’s testicle boiled in sweetened milk could be the way to stimulate your sexual desire! Instead, sticking to a healthy diet should do the trick …

Re: Penis Issues

Hope for men suffering from premature ejaculation

Straits Times Mind Your Body 30 December 2010 by Benita Aw Yeong

The new drug Priligy increases serotonin levels to treat early ejaculation, while exercise and behavioural training can help men regain control. Benita Aw Yeong finds out about the condition that can break up marriages and cause depression

DEFINING PREMATURE EJACULATION
1.Ejaculating within 1 minute of vaginal penetration
2.An inability to delay or control ejaculation
3.The sufferer experiences distress, strained romantic ties or lowered self image

A man and his wife, both in their early 30s, were eager to start a family soon after their marriage.

They had no success after trying to conceive for more than a year – but not because of a biological fertility problem.

Problem may be linked to erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are different conditions, but they may be linked to each other.

Men with erectile dysfunction cannot develop and maintain an erection, or it is not rigid enough.

“Premature ejaculation has to do with the ejaculation happening sooner than desired,” said Dr Martha Lee, a clinical sexologist.

One in two men here have erectile dysfunction, a 2003 study found.

Men can develop it due to ageing or diseases like hypertension and diabetes, which affect nerves and blood vessels that control blood flow to the penis.

Premature ejaculation, on the other hand, is possibly caused by a genetic predisposition, disorders of chemicals in the brain or psychological factors.

It affects one in five men here. Both conditions leave sufferers anxious, depressed, and with a low self-esteem.

The conditions also often reduce their partners’ sexual satisfaction and affect marital or romantic relationships.

When their partners do not understand the condition, strain or conflict may result because they feel unattractive, unwanted or – in the case of premature ejaculation – that the sufferers are indifferent or uncaring, said Professor Kesavan Esuvaranathan, who heads National University Hospital’s urology department.

In some cases, men with erectile dysfunction may end up ejaculating prematurely too. “This may happen because they are not confident of maintaining their erections, causing them to hurry towards orgasm, said Dr Simon Chong, consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Urology department.

Dr Sam Peh, a urologist at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, added that the anxiety and stress of having erectile dysfunction may sometimes worsen the condition of premature ejaculation.

Conversely, treating erectile dysfunction may alleviate premature ejaculation, said Dr Chong.

If a patient suffers from both conditions, erectile dysfunction will be treated first, using a type of drugs called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, he said. This group of drugs include the well-known blue pill, Viagra.

Instead, they faced a practical glitch in baby-making: Sperm and egg were finding it hard to meet because the man frequently ejaculated before vaginal penetration.

To treat his condition of severe premature ejaculation, the couple turned to Professor Kesavan Esuvaranathan, who heads the urology department at the National University Hospital, about two to three years ago.

He counselled them and taught them specific techniques to overcome the problem.

After some time, the man returned with good news – his wife was pregnant.

With the limelight traditionally fixed on erectile dysfunction – which results in an insufficiently rigid erection or an inability to sustain an erection – premature ejaculation has received significantly less attention.

It made the news recently because the Health Sciences Authority approved a new type of medication to treat it last month.

Called Priligy, this pill will be sold here in March next year.

Less buzz, however, does not mean that premature ejaculation has less serious consequences.

A recently completed study commissioned by Janssen-Cilag, a manufacturer of pills to treat premature ejaculation, found about 20 per cent of men suffer from premature ejaculation, while another 14 per cent were probable sufferers.

In the study, respondents were asked to answer questions on how acutely they experienced the symptoms of premature ejaculation.

Those who scored 11 and above were diagnosed as suffering from the condition, while those who scored nine or ten fell under the “probable” category.

Men are considered to be suffering from premature ejaculation if they fulfil three criteria set by the International Society of Sexual Medicine.

These include ejaculating within one minute of vaginal penetration and an inability to delay or control ejaculation.

The third criterion is when the condition results in negative consequences, such as distress or frustration experienced by the sufferer, strained romantic relations or a lowered self image.

The condition can be broadly split into two types – primary or secondary. “Primary premature ejaculation is something that plagues a man since the start of his sexual experience,” said Dr Simon Chong, consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s department of urology.

Those who suffer from secondary premature ejaculation have had normal sexual encounters initially, but later develop the condition, he said. “In the case of acquired premature ejaculation, the reduction in ejaculation time in later sexual experiences may be a symptom of the condition,” he added.

The causes for premature ejaculation are not known, but a genetic predisposition, disorders of chemicals in the brain and psychological factors are among the possible reasons.

Prof Kesavan cautioned that while premature ejaculation is not recognised as having an organic cause and is not caused by a specific disease, its effects are far from trivial. “Sexual satisfaction is very important because its absence may lead to marital distress, depression within the man and a lowered quality of life on the whole for both partners,” he said.

Dr Sam Peh, an urologist with his own practice in Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, said: “The patient may feel that he is ejaculating too fast to satisfy his partner – especially when he has achieved orgasm and his partner has not.” Dr Martha Lee, a clinical sexologist who runs a sexuality and intimacy coaching company at Purvis Street, added that the condition may lead to distress and frustration, causing the couple to avoid sexual intimacy and have a strained relationship.

However, men who suffer from premature ejaculation need not fear as there is a buffet of treatment options available. The length of time prior to ejaculation can be lengthened with treatment, with patients suffering minimal or no side effects, Dr Chong said.

Prof Kesavan said: “Sometimes, a simple counselling session where a patient’s partner can understand that premature ejaculation is a medical condition, rather than a result of the partner’s indifference, can help a lot in alleviating marital distress and conflict.”

Dr Chong said that depending on the patient’s condition, topical anaesthetic cream, if applied correctly, can reduce the heightened arousal state of the man.

Used in conjunction with behavioural therapy or oral medication, the creams can help to delay ejaculation. Common techniques used in behavioural therapy include the start and stop technique, which involves stopping intercourse to let the urge to ejaculate subside, then resuming later on, said Dr Chong.

Dr Lee added that exercises which strengthen pelvic floor muscles can also help.

Oral medication, specifically a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, can help men last longer in bed. Scientists first discovered that delayed ejaculation was a side effect of these drugs taken by patients who suffered from depression.

These drugs increase serotonin levels in a person’s central nervous system. Low serotonin levels have been linked to rapid ejaculation.

Since 1995, they have been used “off-label” to treat premature ejaculation, meaning that they have not been approved to treat this condition. The new drug, Priligy, which works similarly, has been approved to treat premature ejaculation specifically.

To be taken about one to three hours prior to having sex, it claims to lengthen the duration between vaginal penetration and ejaculation by 2.8 to 3.3 times.

However, such drugs can cause side effects, such as a dampened sex drive, said Dr Lee, who advises her clients to seek other methods of treatment such as exercises and techniques which increase control over ejaculation.

Re: Penis Issues

How to Stop Premature Ejaculation 18 steps

From adolescence, males train their bodies to ejaculate prematurely or promptly, in the bathroom & under the covers before they are caught masturbating. Then again, it is usually in a hurry with their first partner. Naturally for most adult males there is a need to prolong love making & re-train their body. In this article there are a number of techniques listed that can be used by themselves & in conjunction with each other for a man to learn how to control his ejaculation.

1
The first step is to become aware of your own levels of arousal. Experiment, take your time and give yourself a very real self-loving exploration, not just a quick masturbatory release. Notice how your penis moves through distinct changes before orgasm and ejaculation, he's not just soft and then hard and spewing. There are four defined stages of erection: lengthening and filling; swelling; full erection; rigid erection. The fourth stage, rigid erection, characterized by a penis that's very stiff (a boner) and very hot, signifies ejaculation is close at hand. Through attentive self-arousal and the playful hands of your sweetheart you can learn how to stay for longer periods of time in the exciting, but less explosive, third stage of firm erection. When you feel yourself moving into the hard, hot level stop stimulation, relax and pay attention to your breathing. Breathe slowly and deeply. Tell your partner when you are about to have an orgasm. At this point the partner can slow down or stop to prevent a premature ejaculation.

2
The Power of Breath. Conscious breathing is a key for extended lovemaking. Rapid breathing excites and arouses you. Slow, controlled breathing, way down into your belly, calms you and helps delay ejaculation. Focusing on your breath takes your attention away from your genitals. Synchronizing your breathing rhythm with your partner's strengthens your connection with each other.

3
Perineum Pressure. Pressing on the perineum, a spot midway between your scrotum and your anus, will help to stop ejaculation because this spot reaches through to the prostate gland. It is the prostate that contracts and expands during orgasm and then expels the ejaculation fluid. Ask your partner to apply this loving pressure for you.

4
Testes Tug. When a man nears orgasm his scrotum rises up closer to his body. You can delay ejaculation by gently pulling your testes down and away from your body. Your partner can also do this for you.

5
Penis Tip Squeeze. Squeezing your penis just below the head or glans can help to stop oncoming ejaculation. It necessitates withdrawing completely from your partner during intercourse, but is an excellent way to begin practice on your own with masturbation.

6
PC (pubococcygeous) Muscle Contraction. This is simply squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, around the scrotum, penis and anus as you feel ejaculation approaching. An easy way to practice this is to interrupt your urine stream when you are going to the bathroom.

7
Ejaculation-free orgasm. One important thing to understand is that the problem really is ejaculation, not orgasm. When you feel you are just about to ejaculate, stop moving (your partner must stop, too) and contract the PC muscle very firmly during 10 to 20 seconds. You can then resume love-making. For this to work, your PC muscle must be strong enough. To train it: contract it 20 times 2s, 3 times a day. You should see progress in ejaculation control within a few weeks.

8
Passion Pump. This technique, which combines squeezing the PC muscles, rolling your eyes upward, touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth, and visualizing your sexual energy flowing up through your body while you practice controlled deep breathing is one of the most effective ways of delaying ejaculation. It's a Taoist sexual kung fu technique that has the added benefit of helping you circulate your sexual energy through your body rather than having it remain hot and heavy in your genital region.

9
Thrusting Technique. A superb thrusting technique that brings great pleasure to a woman and helps a man to last is a combination of deep and shallow thrusts. By shallow thrusts we mean your penis only enters 1½ to 2 inches inside your partner. These first couple of inches are the most sensitive part of a woman's vagina. Deep thrusts mean your penis enters as fully as you can. In this technique you combine a series of nine fairly quick shallow thrusts with one slow deep one. The shallow thrusts stimulate your partner's most sensitive vaginal tissues and at the same time create a vacuum effect that makes her ache for the deep thrust to come. And because most of your thrusts are shallow ones, exciting only the first few inches of your penis, you're able to rock on for much longer!

10
Use foreplay to your advantage, stimulating your partner first. If you want to have quite a bit of intercourse before ejaculation, it's best not to allow yourself(male) to be the one getting the attention!

11
Let him put the condom on himself. This improves the chance of him not getting too turned on beforehand.

12
Tackle relationship issues. Be sure that your head and heart are in the mood for sex as well as your body. If you're unhappy about something with your partner then sort it out first.

13
Exercise your pelvic floor. Many men say they are able to delay ejaculation by squeezing or pushing their pelvic floor muscles.

14
Stop and start. This is the most common technique used in psychosexual therapy. Practice stimulating yourself to the point just before ejaculation, then stop. Start again when the sensations have subsided. Repeat this three times. You should find the length of time before each stop gets gradually longer.

15
Change strokes. If you feel you've gained more control with the stop-and-start technique, try changing your stroke to something less stimulating rather than stopping all together.

16
Change positions. During intercourse, try the stop-and-start technique when the sensations become strong. When you're more confident, try changing positions rather than stopping. Some men last much longer when their partner is on top.

17
Remember that doing doggy style and missionary both increase pressure on the male so stay clear of these positions.

18
Think about baseball. Does the trick every time. In a really dire situation, think of your grandma's arm fat.

Locking the Gate
[Cure for Premature ejaculation. The locking method is used to stop ejaculation and move the energy upwards.]

Secrets of Sexual Ecstasy by David and Linda Howe. The ancient adepts designed clever methods for gaining control over their sexual energy when they felt they were on the verge of ejaculating during intercourse. The most important and effective of these methods, combined with breath control, is 'Locking Up' of the entire sacral region with strong contractions of the anal sphincter muscle, buttocks and urogenital diaphragm. This flexing of the 'love-muscles' is the secret penile lock that enables a man to control his ejaculation reflex and ultimately master his own orgasm energy. Thus he can make love indefinitely - with full orgasmic arousal and sensitivity. This method is outlined in the texts of the Classic Pillow Book - ' Mysterious Master of the Cave' :

" When a man feels on the verge of ejaculation, he should always restrain himself and be sure to bring the woman to orgasm. He should draw the Jade Stem (penis) out shallowly and play it between the Lute Strings -(frenulum of clitoris) and Wheat Buds (Labia minor)...... He should concentrate his mind, press his tongue against the roof of his mouth, arch his spine and stretch out his neck, clench his fists and feet as if clawing the floor. At the same time, he should open his nostrils wide, close his mouth and swallow a deep breath. Clenching his jaw and love muscles with nine rapid contractions. Directing his eyes to look up at the Pai-Hui (Pineal gland - crown of the head), he can guide the rising Ching Chi (aroused orgasm energy) away from the genitals into the body. If he does this in time, he will not ejaculate. Instead, the semen will return and the orgasm energy will ascend naturally, by itself. In this manner, a man may completely regulate his ejaculation ". - The Taoist physician Lee Tung Hsuan.

In the section of Sun Ssu-Mo's 'Precious Recipes', entitled -'Healthy Sex Life', he also mentions the Locking Method. He gives detailed instructions such as opening the eyes wide and clenching the teeth, and other methods for drawing the vital energy away from the sexual organs and upwards into the body. In addition to constricting the anal sphincter and flexing the buttocks and urogenital muscles, he throws light upon the method of pressing a vital point - the perineum, which is located mid-way between the anus and the scrotum. Pressure on the perineum, called in Taoist texts 'Confluence of Yin', will also suppress ejaculation. But it is usually adopted by beginners who have not yet gained perfect control over their Love-muscles. Until you master the Locking Method, you may also use pressure at the 'Confluence of Yin' (perineum). As the Classic of Immortality states :

" Take the index and middle fingers of the left hand and press them at the point mid—way between the anus and scrotum. If this is done with sufficient pressure and in time, and combined with deep slow breathing, with muscular contractions and gnashing of the teeth, then the semen will not be lost ".
Our old friend, Wu Hsien, considered 'Locking the Gate' to be the most effective of all methods for controlling ejaculation :

" If you tighten the lower part of your bowels (pelvic floor muscles -Love-muscles), to shut off the flow of energy there, semen will stop moving, naturally".
