Seriously, if this story is real. Your friend is such a whimp to allow all these to happen. From her being stalked till raped & he can still do nothing about it? If this happened to my buddy, I would gather brothers, chip in money & hire hitman where there are plenty in Malaysia. The ex will die in a most terrifying way possible.

If they want to deal it in a civilised way, report polis, go MCA & whatever associations to sought help. The ex has broken several law enough to put him away for many years. The people there do have a sense of justice & will help.
