Based on experience, Iphone for close friends or lau cung to call. Crap phone for customers. On their off day they dun want to be called on their personal iphone.

If she really works 12 hours daily, where got time to be fl? She probably bought a crap phone with a 2 year contract when she first arrived. When she saved up some money, she bought herself an iPhone. Can't cancel the first phone as the plan of the first phone doesn't come with a data plan. When her first contract is up, she will then cancel the number and only use her iphone moving forward.

Logical answer? Anyway, it's quite common to have 2 phones these days. The cost of owning 2 phones aren't as high as 10 years back.

Iphone for communication via QQ, weibo and wechat. Watch online dramas, movies. Normal phone for calling and normal smsing.

They always have 2 mobile lines. One for home and family, another for clients and social. Not only applies to FL, masseurs and working PRC, ktv girls,etc have. iPhone is a norm to them. Only diff, are they cheap $100 pirated or near 1k original purchases in Singapore without contract.

If its only for calling / sms'ing, I'm sure the iPhone is fully capable of that. Hence, why the need of 2 phones if its not for the different category of contacts?
