I think a good gauge is, if the FL rate is 5% or 10% of your monthly pay, then it's approaching spending limit liao. 10 customers and the FL has earned your monthly pay. if overspent liao, the one laughing ((figuratively speaking only lah because some have their own reasons) to the bank is the FL and the okt
so bros, spend wisely and vote with your wallets..that's not to say expensive must be chop carrot, make your own decisions

Yup imagine we guys including the rich, we save even 50 cents from our business but when come to local fl we are paying $800? This is ridiculous lol. We save from eating kopitam, breakfast sometime just bread which cost only $1. We save n save but in the end goes to local okt, whom maybe eating 血燕 and washing their mouth with shark fin in the morning? Don't say we don't help local talent, I believe most of the guys more willing to help. As Singapore yes everything is expensive, including fl but come to think of it, if more gals thinks that this job is so easy to so much money in 1 year, more n more local will be on this line. And u can imagine next time going out with wife or gf walking on streets saw by anyone in their heart they will think" hey this gal use to be fl! Still wondering weather still in business or not?" Haha I find it ironic, one day all of Singapore gals will be known by all the guys on the streets muahaha.

I think the main issue is sg reach man a lot, yet the FL sg gal less, so the price keep go up just like the COE price.

Just boycott all the local FLs. Once demand is low, prices will definitely fall. Just like property.

Nope I think is the price set by the okt is high in the first place, if the okt don't earn 50% the price won't be so high. Lets put it this way if okt only want 10% the price of each fl average would be only $450 only! OMG!

Plus I don't think there is any lack of supply in fl. By looking at the forum itself, I think there is more than 100 gals posting. All these prices usually is control by okt, it's up to the okt they wanted how much. Oh ya u don't forget the okt also come up with there own idea to charge more e.g house call $100 or rejection $50 some even $100!

So in short prices is control by the okt, if we boycott don't say boycott, say visit them less maybe the market will slow down. We as consumer also have to come out with our own cooling measure. Cause in this situation, there is no government set the rules, it's only a person vs person.

6hr = $4800

Bro, i think u are sending a wrong message here. I woldnt want to comment about the cut that the okts earned, but i would like to comment on the frequency of the $800 FLs being patronised. Your above way of calculating the income might be correct for the Okts whom charge $400 and below, but certainly not for the Okts whom charge $800 and above. They hardly got 1 customer each day, and unlikely that they will get more than 3 in a week. Excluding the monthly rest and some dont work on weekends, the maximum that they will get is 10 customers per month, and max 120 customers per year. But u need to consider Mr Teo case also, his girls were very popular and he has a good reputation by providing high quality girls, the cumulative number of custmors that Chantelle got was less than 100 over a period of more than 1 year, i think? Even if popular okt like Mr Teo who provided high quality do not have that many of customers, not to mention those overpriced OKts whom couldnt match the quality yet dare to charge higher.

The reason i corrected your basis in deriving the maths is not becos i wanna be difficult, but to send the message to those newly entered okts that if you dont charge a reasonble price and dont get support from our grassroot cheongsters, u will never hv a substainable business in this line. Those surviving overpriced okts are still survin are not becos they hv a good quality stable, it is becos they managed to find those ignorant rich angmo whom dont know the market price but got to know these okts from other websites, which these okts charge even a higher price!

In short, new okts please do ur maths based on the customers that Mr Teo had, but u need to consider that he was reputable with high quality stable, this will be the max u got if u dont get the 90% support from the grassroot cheongsters here whom only support fls below $400!

And some tips to bro who havent learnt the lesson yet, if someone ever mentioned that you will only get high quality gals by paying high price, or u will not get a high quality gals by paying low price, or something along that line, most likely than not, you are reading a clone's fr. Why? Why would someone even wants to screw the business of okts whom charge reasonable price? These kinds of comments will encourage all okts charge high price, genuine cheongsters know the consequences and wont be that silly to hv these sort of comments!

Frankly, there is not much difference between a $500 bonk and $300 bonk. In fact, I know of two FLs - one charges $200 outside but okt here rates her $350, and another charges $300 outside but okt rates her $500 here.

Currently, there are about six to eight pretty good quality $300 (and less) local FLs here. Enough for me to rotate over two to three months. There is no need to burn holes in my wallet.

Bottomline : Give loyal support to Okts and FLs who can keep rates reasonable. Keep them profitable and hopefully others may follow their rates.

Yup u are right, but my consumption is based on those charging super high like $800 or more. Plus the frequency of hours they are working is just a guide line.
Also credit will be given for those charging reasonable price. All in all is up to individual how you think. For me this is just my math cause in the end of the day, u don't know how many or rather how much they have already earn

I even can get locAl FL at 150/2/2 a 23yrs gd looking and gd service.. but now u seldom or even don't see this price for locAl. I too have chAnge to PRC for cheaper budget. SS (supply) has always been there
DD (us as demands) always been there
Singapore's inflation isn't that high, as far as im concerned
but the fl inflation is like okts indirectly & literally analing us
talk about price manipulation in ubs and SGfl zzz

Affordable ones (300-400 w/rm) always well booked
other stables saw not happy sabotage,
now left the few so chalk up prices and trickle down
those independent ones usually not long lived but srsly
those are the really affordable ones
here's a piece of advise, go monopolise the whole frigging fls mkt,
so AVs also easier to sweep

It all supply and demand, if you think the price is way out than to call FL you may go for lower price in GL girl SOSO or go JB.
