What you did was stupid, but not necessarily fatal. The odds of transmission of HIV from a HIV-positive female to a male is about 1 in 2000. That's a 0.0005 chance of infection, provided she's already HIV positive. The figures are from studies done several years ago, and might have changed, but I doubt it would be very much greater.

A hooker in Sg has less than 5% chance of being infected with HIV, which is a chance of 0.05. So your total likelihood of infection is 0.0005x0.05 = 0.000025, or 0.0025%, or 1 in 40000. By any measure, it's a very low chance, esp if it's a 1 time event.

Bros who are really at risk are those who repeatedly have raw sex, which greatly increases the chance of infection.

So, bro, don't worry too much. Too much worry will make you FEEL sick, even if you are not. Just wait for 1 month, take a blood test, and repeat at 3 months. The first month test is quite accurate, but the 3rd month is conclusive. Good luck.

You cannot test immediately. You need to go through a window period where the bacteria or virus grows and thus shows up in tests. Otherwise, it is useless to test also.

Give yourself a couple of months and then test. And like Peanut said, test again in 3 months from last test.

Legal WLs go for monthly checks. If they get HIV, they are sent home.

If they get an incurable STD like genital warts, I think they also get sent home, but I'm not too sure about this.

If they get other curable STDs, they will be given medication and will remain out of action until it clears up.
