Anyone has any experience in this MEIKI ZHANG XIAO YU? Is there a way I could buy direct from Japan cause I think the price here in Singapore is much more expensive, near to $200.

IMHO, sex toys is a bad replacement for the real thing.
Even watching videos of couples using strap- ons turn me off.
I guess in the absence of the real thing a well warm vegetable like the carrot or cucumber will do. Soak it in warm water to get the feeling of body warmth.
Why use a fake, when real ones are so easily available.
