unlicenced massage parlour hidden camera?

hi all, my first post.

Tried massage in springs de beauty near jalan besar stadium. Later my friend told me that one is not licensed and may have hidden camera!!!

1. Is it possible for an unlicensed massage parlour to operate in singapore? So, far I have not seen this one listed in this site, not sure if its a legal one. anyone been there?

2. is it possible for massage parlours/health centers to have hidden camera and record action? in singapore? no privacy leh... if kena post in the net... chyalat

Any bro got answers??

1. Possible, but illegal, the spf, want licence issued then can operate , advertise, employ worker, chap 173A act.

Tat area non hdb shld be easy get licence. How u know unlicence,?
Another type of licence is Exemption Notice. They may not need to display it.

Think most of the joints,eg those in HDB, have partition, have curtain are not properly licenced.

Most of the joints "employed" china lady, think most of them either have no work permit or employment pass, or passes issued for other trade, either hairdresser, beatician or sales exec... (unless they are PR or Singaporean, how on earth can we find so many PR or Singaporean?.. same as coffee shop, even one MP even mentioned in the parliament. if you look around, they are certain coffee shop, employed all china worker, you cannot find one singaporean. kindly note that we need certain quota to get certain numbeer of foreigner worker)

If the shop are registered as beaty saloon, they can by pass the licensing requirment..

if not fine $10K and Jail
per worker caught.
