It appears that everyone is is hibernation since our Wembley triumph.

I want to start talking about our summer transfer targets. Firstly, I'm sick of agents making use of Chelsea to force existing clubs to extend contracts with their players. Look at Pato who pretended to be interested in a Chelsea move, and in return Milan is coerced into offering a lucrative extension for Pato. Unfortunately for Pirlo, it still hasn't work.

And please, for goodness sake, stop linking players above 26 years of age with Chelsea. Pirlo you can jolly well FO as we don't need a playmaker. We have Lampard. Gattuso ? Another pair of ageing legs ? And then there was Maldini and Seedorf. Goodness, Stamford Bridge is no Home for the Aged.

I applaud Arnesen for nipping Sturridge; that's the way to go. Get rid of the dead wood in Chelsea - Deco the Big Mouth.

Judas Terry has finally let the cat out of the bag. He is going to sell Chelsea for a for an additional 150K pounds per week.

I say to Carlo and Roman, please let Terry leave. At 28, he is one of the slowest centre backs in EPL, and his back is gone. Get Alex to replace him, and if my memory serves me correctly Alex's performance during Terry's absence was exemplary. Keep Carvalho, and sell Deco to Ubekistan for a reunion with Scolari that he craves so much.

I feel Zlatan Ibramovahic is a good back up for the ageing Drogba. Both same style.

if itz true, let him leave whether he is one of the best defender or not.

He is definitely not one of the best defenders; he is one of the slowest. Judas has not speed whatsoever, and not in the mould of Roy Keane. We need a Franz Beckenbauer or Matthias Sammer type of defender, who can organize attacks from behind.

Zlatan is overpriced even if he is good. No need for marquee signing, Roman. Keep the money, and with the sale of Judas to MC, put the money back to balance the account.

Chelsea again came from behind to win the match against Stoke in deep deep into injury-time.
But a win is still a win....perfect start to the season.

Sounds like Chelsea loves the "perverted" way of winning matches.

It's not a good thing. Against Tottenham next week, and following that, Liverpool, they will not find it as easy to repeat their usual "rear entry' stunt.

Chelsea's supporters in this thread haven't been posting enough. Has anyone switched camp ?

Last night watching Chelsea muscled past Liverpool, I couldn't help but feel that Chelsea's defenders tend to concentrate better whenever Petr Cech wasn't around. With Cech between the posts, the defenders tend to be more complacent. Remember how Chelsea beat Barcelona in CL when Hilario was the keeper ?
