Terms and Conditions
1. Any other services that are not mention for individual girl, it is considered not allow but you may wish to clarify with me if you want.

2. All damages given are NOT inclusive of room but caps will be provided. The damages provided are not fix and may be subjected to change depending on the demand.

3. In the event where client has already gotten a room within half hour to the agreed time and the appointment is cancelled from our side, we will give discount for the next appointment as compensation.

If there’s discrepancy, I hold the right to reject your booking. So if you want to give false details, at least make sure you remember them by hard. If you are giving fake YOB, also make sure it’s not too far off, I’ll check with my girls to be sure.

5. I am very strict with exchanging contact information between clients and my gals. I do not tolerate such nuisance at all. Mobile number, email, home line, MSN id, home address, blog address, any form of online username etc are considered contact information. Please take note that I have asked my gals to inform me whenever clients ask for their contact or give them their contact. So please kindly refrain from asking my gals for their number. Each time you are caught doing so, there will be additional 50% to the damage for appointments then onwards, cumulative. So unless you are very confident, please do not attempt.

6. No matter what the situation may be, any clients found giving other OKT/s' contacts to our gals or getting our gals contact and give to other OKT/s will not be given a 2nd chance and will be banned without hestitation, even my regulars. I take this very seriously! I have caught a few guys before doing so and are already banned.

7. Clients who are able to give me the exact contact number of any of my gals during the appointment itself, before paying my gals, will be entitled to 50% off of the booking. I will reply with a bank account number, show it to my gal and transfer the remaining amount to the bank account.

8. Please refrain from using your phone/s during the session and if you must, point the phone's lens downwards and away from my gals. If I have 2 of my girls with similar complain for the same client, I'll ban him for good. Taking photos or video clips of my girls is not allowed.

9. My girls will stay till the agreed duration is up even if the guy has come before the time is up. However if the guy doesn't come within the agreed time, 10mins of grace will be given at most and the gal has the right to leave after that. Full payment is expected, regardless whether have the guy ejaculate.

10. If the appointment is confirmed more than the 6 hours before the agreed time and date, please do a final confirmation either by SMS or call me at least an hour earlier, before you proceed just to be sure. Due to too much work in hand, I might overlook a cancellation by the girls.

11. The damage for foreigners and Caucasians is 1.5 times the usual damage rate. I strongly believe that SBF exists for the benefit of local Singaporeans, so I charge higher for this group of guys. PM me with your details only if you are fine with the extra loading.

12. Most local gals are infamous for being late for their appointments, so kindly inform me if you have tight schedule and cannot afford to have the gal coming late for your appointment. I will relate it to the gal to make sure that she can make it on time, else not take the appointment. However, with that said, please still allow 15 minutes of grace. If client cannot even afford 15 minutes waiting time, do not take the appointment. Without prior informing, the gals will go to appointments according to their own discretion but usually will arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed time.

13. I do not entertain members registered after 15th August 2008 unless you have strong recommendation from my regular clients or that you fulfill a condition. When you book the 1st appointment with my gal, you need to meet me a short while for a quick chat during the appointment, 15 mins earlier, to make sure you are ok. You may have access to my yahoo group and contact number but if you wish to make booking, the rule still applies. This is to prevent clients who are banned to come back with another clone nick.

14. Once an appointment is confirmed with a new client and he doesn’t turn up nor inform at all (not later than the agreed time), he will be banned. I believe even if need to meet up with partner, a simple SMS saying “Sorry, got to cancel.” or similar to that is not too difficult to send out before meeting her, so I see no excuse to MIA totally. For such cases, I would rather see it as a prank and not entertain that guy in the future. Regular clients will be excused but not more than 2 times in a year.

15. I do not support doing raw, left alone to push for it. Raw is 100% out of the question.

16. Clients are entitled to a onetime $50 discount for booking within 1 week from their birth date but at least 1 day of prior notice to the booking has to given. Clients are required to show their identification card once the gal arrives to verify their birth date to enjoy the discount.

17. Bookings that come in after 11pm will not be entertained. If you want appointment after 11pm, arrange it before 11pm. I'm not running a 7-11 store, so please do not call me in the wee hour asking for girls. After 11pm you can try to sms me instead and see if I reply you. If I don't, I should be sleeping already like how majority of Singaporeans are.

18. In order to enjoy the RTF rate, you are to help her by writing an FR, even a brief FR will do.

19. For RTF, please remember to remind me when you sms me for booking. If you fail to remind me, I will still charge the same price as I will not be able to remember your earlier booking on the same girl.
