Though we are not paying super high price for all these, we are still the customers after all. It's always a plus point for the OKT to be more friendly. They are seeking money, we are seeking pleasure, win-win situation. So what for at times be hostile and who knows might cause resentment with each other. There are some un-cought OKTs, but the nice ones also exist. This is what I call, good service.
