Tldr: She's not supposed to get pregnant. Once she gets pregnant while in work permit, no matter if she aborts ior not she has effectively broken the condition of her work permit. Unless you want to marry her and take responsibility, and even that you need to get permission first from MOM if you wish to marry in Singapore. Otherwise, you can marry her but you risk her work permit status straightaway.

Aborting outside Singapore and not telling anyone about it seems to be the only easy way to keep her WP. Must do this quickly because all WP holders need to go for medical every 6 months.......
