My personal recommendation will go for Ivy @ BHC, Sonya and Rose@ Pissa HC & CAT from Kimwellness.
Ivy (SYT-Dutch+Malay) with very fair skin but carrying excellent service attitude.
Rose in her late 20's but with average service attitude don't really my type.

in her 20's but not sure still working there or not.
Sonya (SYT) with GF feelings not sure still there or not!
There are few other places you will find Brownsugar such as.. Sanct (FE Plaza), GL Square, Golden Health Zen Spa, Zen HC, Tanglin HC, Furtune Ctr 3rd lvl. etc
