Tried Regal Karaoke 57-59 Pho Duc Chinh street. When you arrive you will be asked if you want to ktv and escorted up to the karaoke rooms inside the hotel.

Packages are 150 USD and you choose what alchohol you want. Have a couple of spirits and vodka. Package includes heaps of fruit, foods, nuts, water, chasers.

Ramadan was some young girl very pretty. Not very friendly or helpful and looked inexperienced, but there are other managers. I went at 9pm on Sunday which is not a busy day apparently so I was only able to choose from a lineup of 10 girls.

I chose a tall fair skinned girl with awesome curves who smiled but of the lineup I would only choose 3 who looked ok. Price to takeout here is 2m St and 3m LT. The girl was cold as though and from what I heard them talk about later is quite popular. I have no time for someone who is annoying so did not take her home. Tip to her is 500k if you don't take home, waiters 200k and manager 500k.

Rooms are fairly nice with a good selection of songs but they cater to mainly korean clients so keyboard is all in korean lol. Was support annoying to use.
